As an Assistant Manager at Panda Express, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of a single store. The role requires flexibility, as you must be willing to work within a 50-mile radius of your assigned store and maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Safety and quality are paramount; therefore, certification such as Serve Safe Food Safety training is required to uphold the highest standards in food service. The job environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, involving standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in high-temperature kitchen areas. Effective communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and strong conflict resolution skills are essential to succeed as an Assistant Manager at Panda Express.
