Job Description

Braum's is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting the management team and driving the company’s brand strategy. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.50 to $17.00 per hour, which translates to an annual salary of approximately $48,000 to $50,000. The shift for this role is from 2:00 pm until close, with work days based on a rotating three-week schedule and averaging around 45 hours per week. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and is central to ensuring that the store's operational goals and customer service standards are consistently met.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Two years of retail management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members
  • Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team
  • Ability to build a successful team by building an environment of trust
  • Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
  • Organized, detailed and able to follow practices and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
  • Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
