Panda Express is currently seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team as Assistant Managers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of a single store. Assistant Managers are responsible for hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest services. They play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, helping their store achieve success through effective leadership and clear communication. To prepare for this leadership role, the company offers a comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks, along with continued mentorship and support from the Panda community.

- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- serve safe certified
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for up to four hours
