Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
- strong leadership and communication abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- organized and detail-oriented approach to managing operations

- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- financial acumen to assist with budgeting and cost control

Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction
- lead and support team members through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance
- jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
- manage shift schedules, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
- help control costs by monitoring labor, waste, and food usage
- step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence
- keep communication strong between crew and leadership, creating a positive team culture
