Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
  • strong leadership and communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
  • organized and detail-oriented approach to managing operations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • financial acumen to assist with budgeting and cost control
  • reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction
  • lead and support team members through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance
  • jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
  • manage shift schedules, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
  • help control costs by monitoring labor, waste, and food usage
  • step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence
  • keep communication strong between crew and leadership, creating a positive team culture
