The Assistant Manager position at Wingstop in Upland, CA, is a full-time role offering a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. This role is crucial in supporting the General Manager and serves as a key leader within the restaurant. The Assistant Manager helps ensure smooth daily operations, maintains high standards of quality, speed, and guest satisfaction, and fosters a positive and productive team environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
  • strong leadership and communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
  • organized and detail-oriented approach to managing operations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • financial acumen to assist with budgeting and cost control

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction
