As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to execute the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine and oversee critical operational areas including people management, customer service, and service standards. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • able to stock shelves and coolers
  • able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
  • able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90% of the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • college or university degree preferred
  • relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment including Profit and Loss responsibility
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to train and provide feedback to team members

Job Duties
