Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of restaurant management experience required
- Experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurant preferred
- Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong work ethic
- Desire to learn industry and gain experience
- Highly collaborative nature
- Great personality with desire to serve guests
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Help in the training of teammates and coach in the moment as needed
- Facilitate proper standards and procedures
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction at all times
- Perform inventory counting and recording
- Assist in creating shift schedules
- Execute opening, closing, and additional administrative duties
- Ensure proper food handling and preparation throughout the stations
