Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast food or restaurant management
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to provide satisfactory background check and proof of employment eligibility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Passionate about people development and creating positive team culture
- Results-driven, organized, and motivated to grow your career
- Experience in fast food or restaurant management such as Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wendy's
- Prior roles such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Hospitality Manager, or Shift Supervisor
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
- Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
- Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
