Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-food environment
  • Ability to work a 50-hour workweek
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle customer service issues professionally
  • Capable of managing labor and financial goals
  • Flexibility to support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative duties

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
