Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
- Ability to work a 50-hour week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful situations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Experience in related food service roles such as assistant restaurant manager, assistant hospitality manager, or shift supervisor

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
- Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
- Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals

- Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
