Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90% of the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College or University degree preferred
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve issues constructively
Job Duties
- Execute the Manager-In-Charge success routine and ensure responsibilities under people, customers, and service are completed
- Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
- Demonstrate a friendly attitude and great customer service skills
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
- Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
- Work effectively and safely in a changing environment
