The Assistant Manager also assists with recruitment efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring team members who align with KFC’s values and culture. The company encourages professional growth, offering career advancement opportunities, scholarship programs, and unique benefits such as free college tuition at Western Governors University through the KFC Foundation Programs.

KFC values a work-hard, play-hard ethos that is reflected in its competitive pay, bonus eligibility, paid time off, and medical benefits effective from day one. This position not only promises an engaging and dynamic work environment but also the chance to be part of a brand that believes in supporting its employees’ growth and wellbeing.
