Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background check and drug test
- Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage employees and provide direction
- Able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
- Able to clean parking lot and restaurant grounds
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for most of the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College or university degree preferred
- Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- Experience handling profit and loss responsibilities
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Execute the Manager-In-Charge success routine and ensure responsibilities related to people, customers, and service are completed
- Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures
- Maintain inventory and manage labor effectively
- Demonstrate a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee a team of associates while ensuring all food safety precautions are met
- Delegate tasks and provide clear instructions with patience and positivity
- Respond quickly and appropriately to changing situations and make sound decisions
