Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers
  • Able to oversee and manage employees and provide direction
  • Able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
  • Able to clean parking lot and restaurant grounds
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for most of the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
  • Experience handling profit and loss responsibilities
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Execute the Manager-In-Charge success routine and ensure responsibilities related to people, customers, and service are completed
  • Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures
  • Maintain inventory and manage labor effectively
