The Assistant Manager role is designed to be a foundational step in a career in restaurant management. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 25-85 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Able to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Basic math skills for cash handling
