Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • leadership skills including multitasking and team motivation
  • ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  • physical stamina for fast-paced environment and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work various shifts including weekends
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to complete ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Lead by example by modeling exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism
  • run smooth shifts by overseeing daily operations ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  • coach and develop team members by providing training, guidance, and support
  • drive results by collaborating with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence
  • problem-solve on the fly by addressing challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
