Job Requirements
- managers lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- assistant managers manage assigned systems and team goals
- responsible for multiple departments including guest service, kitchen, and people management
- delegate and train within departments
- recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew
- flexible scheduling availability

- 18 years or older
- prefer previous management experience in similar industries

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on delegated tasks and report back results
- train and delegate responsibilities across multiple restaurant departments
- oversee customer service quality and sales promotions
- maintain food quality and safety standards in the kitchen
- control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
- recruit, train, and schedule crew members
- motivate and recognize crew to support team success
