Job Requirements

  • flexible scheduling availability

  • 18 years or older
  • prefer previous management experience in similar industries

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • positive team player with flexible scheduling availability
  • knowledge of food safety and training practices
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on delegated tasks and report back results
  • train and delegate responsibilities across multiple restaurant departments
  • oversee customer service quality and sales promotions
  • maintain food quality and safety standards in the kitchen
  • control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • recruit, train, and schedule crew members
  • motivate and recognize crew to support team success
