Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous management experience preferred in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • capable of leading shifts and managing multiple departments
  • ability to schedule and motivate staff
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • passion for fast-paced work environment
  • willing to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is an asset
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations including guest service, kitchen, and people departments
  • lead and motivate team members during shifts
  • oversee training programs for new and existing employees
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • manage inventory and control food costs
  • set goals and delegate tasks to the team
  • report operational results to the General Manager
