Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- assist General Manager in maintaining quality, service, cleanliness standards
- manage departments such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals, delegate tasks, and report on team performance
- ensure guest service excellence in front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- train and coach service staff
- support sales promotions and operational organization
