Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Commitment to punctuality and attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to store maintenance
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Experience in stocking and inventory management
- Skilled in product preparation
- Proficient in receiving and processing telephone and in-person orders
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to follow and give accurate instructions
- Competency in performing basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Experience with order entry systems using a computer or touch screen
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Oversee staffing and work schedules
- Handle customer relations to ensure excellent service
- Perform paperwork related to operations and cost management
- Conduct food management and maintain store cleanliness
- Promote marketing initiatives and work to improve profitability
