Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
- 6+ months supervisory experience preferred
- leadership skills including multitasking, motivating team, and resolving customer concerns
- physical stamina for fast-paced environment and lifting up to 50 lbs
- flexible availability including weekends
- reliable transportation to different locations
- willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred)
- strong leadership skills with ability to multitask, motivate team, and resolve customer concerns professionally
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
Job Duties
- Lead by example: model exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism
