Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and multitasking abilities
  • ability to handle customer concerns professionally
  • physical stamina for fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability for various shifts including weekends
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
  • 6 plus months of supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to multitask and motivate a team
  • professional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • willingness to complete ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Lead by example by modeling exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism
  • run smooth shifts by overseeing daily operations ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  • coach and develop team members by providing training, guidance, and support
  • drive results through collaboration with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence
  • problem-solve on the fly by addressing challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
