Job Requirements
- One to two years of prior restaurant management experience
- QSR experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- One to two years of prior restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including people, operations, profits, and sales in conjunction with the General Manager
- Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner
- Hire, train, manage, and develop crew members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and enjoyable experiences
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Foster a positive work environment and teamwork
- Support continuous learning and advancement opportunities
