Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • ServSafe Certification is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Minimum of three years' experience in restaurant operations or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel to other locations for meetings, training, or support
  • Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to uphold food safety and operational standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in developing high-performing employees through training, coaching, and recognition
  • Execute the performance management process consistently to ensure employee accountability
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to resolve employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in food preparation, safety, and customer service
  • Develop and manage staffing schedules for all operational periods to ensure adequate coverage
  • Model exemplary behavior in addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively
  • Coach the food production team to drive operational excellence using company systems
  • Assist in monitoring key performance metrics and inventory levels for product availability
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards during shifts through direct observation
  • Partner with the General Manager to implement restaurant projections and marketing initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Collaborate to analyze inventory and controllable costs, taking corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and mitigate operational risks
  • Review financial reports to identify trends and implement cost reduction strategies
