Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- ServSafe Certification is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Minimum of three years' experience in restaurant operations or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel to other locations for meetings, training, or support
- Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in developing high-performing employees through training, coaching, and recognition
- Execute the performance management process consistently to ensure employee accountability
- Collaborate with the General Manager to resolve employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in food preparation, safety, and customer service
- Develop and manage staffing schedules for all operational periods to ensure adequate coverage
- Model exemplary behavior in addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively
- Coach the food production team to drive operational excellence using company systems
- Assist in monitoring key performance metrics and inventory levels for product availability
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards during shifts through direct observation
- Partner with the General Manager to implement restaurant projections and marketing initiatives aligned with business goals
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Collaborate to analyze inventory and controllable costs, taking corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and mitigate operational risks
- Review financial reports to identify trends and implement cost reduction strategies
