Job Duties
- supporting general manager in staffing training and development of team members
- constantly review key business indicators and look for opportunities to make positive change
- ensure a safe food environment
- communicate clearly concisely and accurately to ensure effective operations
- direct employees to complete tasks and to various work stations
- execute store systems and procedures during shifts
- follow all operational procedures including those for cash handling
