Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record
- Physical stamina to work 50-60 hours per week
- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
- Capability to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to maintain 100 percent integrity in executing systems and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Strong math abilities including addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages
- Proficiency in personal computer use including Excel and Word
- Excellent English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing
- Leadership skills with experience in staff management
- Experience in food service or restaurant operations is preferred
Job Duties
- Manages a staff of approximately three to 15 employees
- Provides on-the-job training for all employees
- Delegates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies while minimizing loss
- Assists in supervising preparation, sales and service of food
- Forecasts food items and estimates consumption per shift
- Supervises food preparation and service operations and assists during rush periods to maintain efficiency
- Ensures every customer receives world-class customer service
- Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
- Completes daily food preparation including opening and closing procedures
- Executes systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity and completeness
- Completes daily and weekly paperwork
- Responsible for 100 percent of cash drawers during the shift
- Audits previous shift's systems and procedures
- Completes preventive maintenance and upkeep on equipment and supplies
- Performs other related duties as required
