Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost management

- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen to assist with budgeting and cost control

Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction
- Lead and support team members through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance
- Jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
- Manage shift schedules, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
- Help control costs by monitoring labor, waste, and food usage
- Step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence
- Keep communication strong between crew and leadership, creating a positive team culture
