Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related supervisory roles preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and cost management

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial acumen to assist with budgeting and cost control
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and support team members through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance
  • Jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
  • Manage shift schedules, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
  • Help control costs by monitoring labor, waste, and food usage
  • Step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence
  • Keep communication strong between crew and leadership, creating a positive team culture
