As a part of the restaurant industry, Bricktown Brewery combines a passion for craft beer and excellent culinary offerings to create memorable guest experiences. The establishment prides itself on maintaining rigorous standards of service, food preparation, and safety, consistently striving to meet guests' expectations while promoting a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees.

The Restaurant Manager role at Bricktown Brewery is pivotal to ensuring the smooth operation of the front of the house team and the overall guest experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role involves providing leadership and supervision for hourly team members while assisting in executing sales initiatives and company goals. The manager plays an integral part in maintaining high standards of guest service, quality control, and health and safety compliance. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance daily operational tasks with strategic support, including financial management, team coaching, and policy adherence. An individual in this role must be proactive in addressing guest concerns, managing staff schedules, and upholding company procedures to foster customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Safety also remains a priority, with the manager ensuring a secure environment to prevent injuries, managing accident reporting, and adhering to crisis management protocols.

Additionally, the manager supports the General Manager in various administrative tasks, such as payroll accuracy, invoice processing, and compliance with financial controls, including cash handling procedures. This position demands a leader capable of analyzing financial data to monitor expenditures, labor costs, and sales projections, ensuring operational budgets are met or exceeded. The ability to utilize point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets, and other software tools is essential for daily reporting and communication.

The candidate must have a minimum of one year of restaurant experience, with preferred experience in restaurant management and a hospitality degree. Being 21 years or older is required due to regulatory standards related to food and alcohol handling. The role often requires working over 50 hours a week, including weekends, with responsibilities that involve extended periods of walking and standing, as well as physical tasks such as lifting and bending. Successful completion of certification programs, including ServSafe for food and alcohol safety, is mandatory within the initial employment period.
