Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of some heavy lifting (up to 85 pounds)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good hearing within normal range
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in confined spaces
  • Maintain confidentiality of company procedures
  • Punctual attendance
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Partner with the restaurant general manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
  • Ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
  • Grow and mentor team through training and hiring
  • Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
  • Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
  • Prepare work schedules
  • Order food and supplies
  • Prepare daily paperwork
  • Make daily deposits
  • Employee on-the-job training
