Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one or more years of restaurant management experience
  • open and flexible work availability
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • ability to use headset and general restaurant equipment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold
  • ability to come to work promptly and regularly
  • ability to take direction and work well with others
  • ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
  • ability to react productively to change
  • ability to complete all applicable training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • some college education is a plus
  • one or more years of restaurant management experience

  • demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective teams

Job Duties

  • Train and supervise crew members
  • monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures
  • interact with customers to ensure superior service
  • execute cost control systems
  • maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
  • support and collaborate with the General Manager
  • lead and manage team dynamics in a fast-paced setting
