Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Assistant Manager experience
  • Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing
  • Consent to background screening
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Customer service focus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of Assistant Manager experience
  • Experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Results oriented and customer service focused
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties

  • Overseeing restaurant's daily operations
  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
  • Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
