They interact with external vendors as required, oversee cash control and security protocols, and ensure the restaurant adheres to all operational and brand standards. In addition to supervising operations, Assistant Managers are tasked with motivating and directing team members to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining a clean and safe facility.
