The position offers full-time employment with a competitive yearly salary ranging from $42,000 to $55,000, complemented by a quarterly bonus plan based on performance. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring guests receive exceptional dining experiences, and contributing to the restaurant's financial success. The core responsibilities revolve around supervising daily restaurant operations, enforcing safety and security protocols, and achieving high standards in food quality and presentation. Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
  • experience teaching and training staff preferred

Job Duties

  • maintaining restaurant cleanliness adhering to safety and security protocols ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
