Job Qualifications

  • prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager or assistant manager preferred

  • strong problem-solving skills
  • passion for food and team development

Job Duties

  • assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality service
  • supervise and develop the team to meet sales and profit objectives
  • maintain standards of product quality, cleanliness, and organization
  • promote a positive and energetic work environment
  • anticipate customer needs and handle dissatisfaction proactively
  • support training and development programs for staff
