Job Duties
- assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality service
- supervise and develop the team to meet sales and profit objectives
- maintain standards of product quality, cleanliness, and organization
- promote a positive and energetic work environment
- anticipate customer needs and handle dissatisfaction proactively
- support training and development programs for staff
