Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 12 months of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Satisfactory criminal background check
  • Ability to comprehend all training materials
  • Ability to pass required certification training
  • Ability to use mathematical skills for performance indicators
  • Experience in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Ability to perform opening and closing duties
  • Ability to work average eight-hour shifts
  • Ability to legally drive adhering to traffic laws
  • Mobility to work multiple stations
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to comprehend training materials and practice standard operating procedures
  • Ability to pass required training programs
  • Strong mathematical skills to compute sales totals, inventory, and labor
  • Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
  • References for previous management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Receive direction and training from restaurant manager and co-manager
  • Supervise employees including those under 18 years old
  • Motivate, direct, and coach employees to perform assigned tasks
  • Utilize cost-control tools and processes to achieve food, paper, and labor goals
  • Prepare each shift to meet customer demand and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Manage cash handling, sales reporting, employee scheduling, and inventory usage
