The Apprenticeship opportunity at Chipotle is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary leadership and eager to grow into General Manager roles. Apprentices at Chipotle support day-to-day restaurant operations while learning essential management skills including hiring, training, guest experience management, and P&L oversight. The position is full-time and requires commitment to about 50 hours a week including evenings and weekends, with applicable overtime paid. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient service, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and overseeing digital order accuracy. Apprentices gain hands-on experience in running a strong business with a focus on operational excellence and team leadership. The role demands physical stamina as it involves working on the restaurant floor, including standing, walking, lifting moderate weights, and working in varied temperature conditions.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with an estimated base pay ranging from $23.95 to $26.39 per hour along with quarterly bonuses based on performance.
