Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to multitask, motivate a team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  • physical stamina for fast-paced environment and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work various shifts including weekends
  • reliable transportation to travel to different locations
  • willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training

Job Duties

  • drive results by collaborating with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence
  • problem-solve on the fly by addressing challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
