Job Requirements
- Flexible availability for shifts
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Capability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
- Ability to push or pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands requiring eye-hand coordination
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail preferred
- Previous supervisor or management experience desired
- Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Able to handle food safely
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
Job Duties
- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations
- Hire, supervise, and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks
- Manage bookkeeping and merchandising
- Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service
- Execute the Circle K food program standards
- Lead and motivate a team of employees
- Ensure safety and security in the store
