Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
  • 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  • Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed
  • Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead by example: model exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism
  • Run smooth shifts: oversee daily operations ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  • Coach and develop team members: provide training, guidance, and support to help your team succeed
  • Drive results: collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence
  • Problem-solve on the fly: address challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
