This role as an Assistant Manager is pivotal within the YCH Wendy's team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
  • 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  • Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed
  • Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
