Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting between 25 and 85 pounds and extended standing
- Ability to hear in the normal range to respond to auditory alarms
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Must maintain confidentiality of company operations
- Ability to read menus, manuals, and training materials
- Ability to work cooperatively in confined spaces
- Willingness to maintain safety protocols around hot equipment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
- Ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor team through training and hiring
- Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
- Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
- May include preparing work schedules
- May include ordering food and supplies
- May include preparing daily paperwork
- May include making daily deposits
- Employee on-the-job training
