Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting between 25 and 85 pounds and extended standing
  • Ability to hear in the normal range to respond to auditory alarms
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Must maintain confidentiality of company operations
  • Ability to read menus, manuals, and training materials
  • Ability to work cooperatively in confined spaces
  • Willingness to maintain safety protocols around hot equipment

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
  • Ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
  • Grow and mentor team through training and hiring
  • Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
  • Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
  • May include preparing work schedules
  • May include ordering food and supplies
  • May include preparing daily paperwork
  • May include making daily deposits
  • Employee on-the-job training
