Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid driver license
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of retail management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Strong work ethic with high standard for integrity
- Ability to follow store policies and procedures
- Must be available to work rotating 3-week schedule with expected 45 hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of retail management experience
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to train, develop and interact positively with all levels of store team
- Excellent communication skills with leadership team members
- Ability to build a successful team environment based on trust
- Adaptability to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and understand reporting results
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
