The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at Braum's is a pivotal position designed for an energetic and positive individual ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The working hours are primarily from 2:00 pm to close, with a rotating 3-week schedule that averages 45 hours per week. In the role of Assistant Manager, the individual’s duties will include teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members to enable a high-performance team environment. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management or related field
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work a rotating 3-week schedule including afternoon and closing shifts
- Strong customer focus and high standard of integrity
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions
