Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • strong understanding of cost controls, scheduling, and labor management
  • experience reviewing financial reports and making data-driven decisions
  • excellent communication skills and confidence in leading, coaching, and resolving conflict
  • champion of culture and values-you lead with integrity, inclusivity, and enthusiasm
  • knowledge of health, food safety, and workplace compliance standards
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • reliable transportation
  • authorization to work in the U.S.
  • availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • coach, train, and mentor team members to consistently deliver an outstanding guest experience
  • support team performance evaluations and deliver real-time feedback that helps employees grow
  • recognize team achievements and foster a fun, collaborative, inclusive environment
  • take charge of daily operations when the RGM is away-making confident decisions and keeping everything on track
  • ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are always met
  • monitor team adherence to shift responsibilities and lead by example in guest interactions
  • use the KFC Connect Success Routine to model world-class hospitality and service
  • assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new talent who live the KFC values
  • promote a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging, where everyone is respected and empowered
  • address team concerns or conflicts professionally-resolving issues or escalating when necessary
  • support P&L management alongside the RGM-monitoring inventory, labor costs, cash handling, and operational efficiency
  • review financial reports and help implement smart strategies to boost profitability
  • ensure security protocols and cash control procedures are followed with accuracy and integrity
