This role involves consistent scheduling with shifts starting at 2:00 PM until close, adhering to a rotating three-week schedule with approximately 45 hours per week.

In this role, the Assistant Manager supports Braum’s brand strategy and vision by actively promoting its core values in every aspect of store operations. This person plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing sales through effective team leadership and training. The Assistant Manager is responsible for teaching and coaching store crew members, ensuring adherence to food quality standards, managing daily food service activities, overseeing inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

The job requires a hands-on leader who can foster an environment of trust, motivate the team, and communicate effectively with the store leadership.
