Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
  • Ability to manage team schedules and operational tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, or Wendy's
  • Previous roles such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Hospitality Manager, or Shift Supervisor

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
