In addition to these benefits, Taco Bell offers a 401(k) plan with company match, various disability and life insurance plans, education support programs including GEDWorks, scholarships, and tuition reimbursement, and retail discounts through Taco Perks and KFC Employee Perks. To support the overall well-being of its workforce, an Employee Assistance Program is available, providing support for employees and their families through various life situations.
