Job Requirements

  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • ability to stand and be mobile for up to 10 hours
  • capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • strong reading and writing skills
  • finger and hand dexterity for using small tools
  • willingness to work in multiple positions including cooking, bartending, seating guests

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
  • Serve Safe Food certification preferred
  • Serve Safe Alcohol certification preferred

  • Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines

  • ensures compliance with company policies
  • controls cost in assigned department
  • complies with local, state, and federal laws
  • drives food and liquor inventories
  • prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
  • assures sanitation standards meet or exceed regulations
