Job Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- ability to stand and be mobile for up to 10 hours
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- strong reading and writing skills
- finger and hand dexterity for using small tools
- willingness to work in multiple positions including cooking, bartending, seating guests
- commitment to company core values and professional growth
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food certification preferred
- Serve Safe Alcohol certification preferred
Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines

- responds promptly to guest complaints
- prioritizes guest contact with required table visits
- maintains departmental inventory levels
- ensures product preparation and presentation meet company standards
- schedules employees effectively to meet sales demands
- maintains safety and security programs
- promotes cleanliness and sanitation
- performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
- recruits and refers potential team members
- supports training procedures for new managers
- maintains trained staff through orientation and ongoing training
- participates in employee development and performance evaluations
- monitors employee performance and documents disciplinary actions
- ensures compliance with company policies
- controls cost in assigned department
- complies with local, state, and federal laws
- drives food and liquor inventories
- prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
- assures sanitation standards meet or exceed regulations
- provides role model leadership
- develops self in store-related technology
- works in all positions as needed
- uses Management Development Program for leadership growth
