The Assistant Manager role at Blessed Oasis Pet Resort is a pivotal position responsible for supporting the Resort Manager in overseeing daily operations. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and addressing any concerns from both customers and employees in a professional manner. The Assistant Manager will play a key part in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment, helping the team meet operational goals and deadlines, and creating effective solutions to challenges as they arise. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond appropriately to both human and animal behavior. The work schedule consists of 40 or more hours weekly with shifts typically running from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including availability during weekends and flexible scheduling. Compensation ranges from $19 to $21 per hour depending on experience, with an estimated monthly salary between $3600 and $4100. Additional employee benefits include paid time off, employee discount, and a flexible work schedule. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in management or supervisory roles preferred
  • Experience in pet care or related fields advantageous
  • Ability to work 40 or more hours per week
  • Availability to work 5 days per week including weekends
