Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in management or supervisory roles preferred
- Experience in pet care or related fields advantageous
- Ability to work 40 or more hours per week
- Availability to work 5 days per week including weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of animal behavior preferred
- Experience with front desk operations and staff management
- Familiarity with KPIs and sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to quickly learn booking software
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented
Job Duties
- Assist the Resort Manager with daily operations and task prioritization
- Read and respond appropriately to both human and animal behavior
- Resolve customer and employee concerns effectively
- Meet deadlines and operational goals
- Create solutions to operational challenges
- Support team performance and maintain a positive work environment
