Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • ability to handle and resolve customer threats and issues
  • ability to handle and resolve employee issues
  • skills to use a personal computer and various software packages such as Word and Excel
  • ability to handle stress and high-volume operations
  • willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates
  • position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
  • must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record
  • must have the stamina to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to work up to at least 40 hours per week or more as needed
  • ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations
  • skills to use a personal computer and various software packages such as Word and Excel
  • ability to handle and resolve customer threats and issues
  • ability to handle and resolve employee issues
  • willingness to learn and be redirected by their supervisor to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • manages a staff of 10 to 20 employees
  • assigns, oversees, and evaluates work
  • assists in hiring, training, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and termination of employees
  • provides on-the-job training for new employees or delegates others to do so
  • assists in the ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
  • forecasts food items and estimates consumption per shift
  • assists in greeting customers, using the cash register, preparing, and assembling orders
  • maintains and oversees restaurant cleanliness standards
  • ensures every customer receives world-class customer service
  • routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
  • completes daily food preparation including opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production
  • executes and audits systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
  • performs other related duties as required
