Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Familiarity with profit and loss management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of occupational health and food safety standards

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs
- Oversee team members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards
- Take charge of restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence
- Collaborate with the General Manager in assessing team performance and providing ongoing feedback
- Address employee relations issues and determine resolutions or escalate as appropriate
- Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring team members while promoting equity and inclusion
- Assist with profit and loss management including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance and labor management
- Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize performance
- Support facility maintenance and ensure consistent adherence to health and safety standards
