Job Description

Flynn Group, founded by Greg Flynn, began its journey in the hospitality industry with the acquisition of 8 Applebee's restaurants in 1999. Over the past two decades, the company has experienced remarkable growth by continuously building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. Today, Flynn Group proudly stands as the largest Applebee's franchisee in the world, operating over 460 Applebee's restaurants across 24 states. This strong foundation and commitment to excellence provided the launchpad for Flynn Group to diversify its portfolio, expanding into other brands, countries, and industries, thereby solidifying its position as a leading player in the restaurant franchise landscape.

In 2021, Flynn Group further expanded its operations with the establishment of Flynn Wendy's. In just a few years, Flynn Wendy's has become a key segment of the Flynn Group, owning and operating more than 300 Wendy's restaurants across 8 states. With a dedicated workforce of over 6,000 employees, Flynn Wendy's is recognized as the 5th largest Wendy's franchise system-wide. The company's success is attributed to the collective hard work, dedication, and commitment of every team member who ensures exceptional service and quality in every restaurant.

Flynn Wendy's is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where the ideas and contributions of every team member are appreciated and encouraged. The company values quality both in the food served and in its people. Fresh ingredients are not just part of the recipes, but a metaphor for attracting top-tier employees who deliver great-tasting food and outstanding customer service, making patrons feel welcomed and eager to return.

The role of Assistant Manager at Flynn Wendy's is pivotal in maintaining and elevating the company standards. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead by example within your restaurant, actively coaching and developing team members to achieve success both individually and collectively. The position demands high energy, impeccable organizational skills, excellent time management, and strong communication capabilities. You will be instrumental in driving store performance by managing daily operations and fostering a positive team culture that aligns with Flynn Wendy's high standards.

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to grow within a dynamic and supportive company that prioritizes personal and professional development. Flynn Wendy's provides competitive employment benefits such as same-day pay, flexible schedules, free meals, a retirement plan (subject to eligibility), and group health insurance (subject to eligibility). The company also emphasizes equal opportunity, inclusivity, and accommodation for individuals with disabilities, ensuring a welcoming workplace for all.

If you are passionate about the restaurant industry and eager to contribute to a thriving franchise system, the Assistant Manager position at Flynn Wendy's invites you to join a team dedicated to quality, growth, and success. Your leadership will not only impact the daily operations but also shape the customer experience and help build the future of Flynn Wendy's across multiple states.
