Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift between 25-85 pounds
Capable of hearing in normal range
Excellent punctuality
Strong work ethic
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company procedures

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
Demonstrated leadership with focus on team development
Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties

Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
Ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
Grow and mentor team through training and hiring
Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
May include preparing work schedules
May include ordering food and supplies
May include preparing daily paperwork
May include making daily deposits
Employee on-the-job training
