Panda Express is currently seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team as Assistant Managers. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to take on responsibility and lead the operations of a single store. As an Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and directing associates, hiring new team members, and driving the store to achieve financial goals. Your leadership will be key to ensuring each guest receives exceptional service, upholding Panda's high standards, and fostering a positive work environment. To ensure your success, Panda provides a comprehensive store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks, along with ongoing mentorship and support from the Panda community.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $26, depending on location and experience, with generous bonus opportunities.
